Scoresheets Returned: 15 minutes after team performance

Scoresheet Questions/ Score Review: 10 Minutes after receiving to complete Score Review Form

Division Results: Emailed to Coach listed with the team after awards

Event Results Returned: Emailed to Coach within 24 hours after the last awards ceremony

Division 1 and 2 Split at all Live Events

Open Championship Division Splits will be applied

ALL Coaches MUST have a National Background Clearance Submitted Prior to the Event

All Performance Photos will be sent to the Coach 3 days after the performance and can be distributed to athletes and families for FREE!
